I get it almost every time I try to turn my pc off, so I get to never leave my apartment or go to sleep because I can’t just turn my pc off without having to wait for it to reboot (which happens after blue screen) so I can turn it off again.

I have just recently renewed it and ran a full system scan, but no issues were found that solved the problem. I haven’t had an antivirus for a few weeks as my subscription expired, and hadn’t gotten around to renewing it. Right now, I suspect the error may be incompatibility of programs or a virus. Suspecting the error might have been in the hard drive, I ran chkdsk, sfc scannow, and tried to clean up the hard drive which still has not fixed my problem. I’ve run a Windows Memory Diagnostic which returned no errors and I also ran Memtest86 (4 passes), which also showed no errors.

I’ve tried checking for outdated drivers (via device manager – no avail), including graphics cards drivers. Once, it bluescreened in the middle of a shutdown.
